Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Because Rewrite Genie is a digital subscription service with immediate costs incurred through third-party AI providers, all sales are final. We maintain a strict no-refund policy. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund for any reason, except as expressly stated in this policy.

2. Subscription Plans

• Free Plan: Free of charge; no refunds applicable. The Free Plan exists so you can evaluate core features before upgrading.

• Plus, Pro, and Ultimate Plans: All payments (initial or recurring) are non-refundable. Once your subscription is active, usage credits are allocated to your account and service costs are incurred, regardless of whether you use all of your plan’s credits.

3. Recurring Payments and Cancellations

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually).

• To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the Manage button in the Rewrite Genie extension popup, which links to your Paddle billing portal.

• No refunds will be issued for failure to cancel before renewal.

4. No Refunds for Unused Time or Credits

• If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your paid billing period.

• We do not provide refunds or credits for unused time, unused rewrites, or unused proposal quotas.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

At our sole discretion, we may issue a refund or credit in exceptional cases (e.g., duplicate charges, verified technical errors). Any such refund is one-time only and does not waive or alter this policy for future transactions.

6. Chargebacks

• Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute is a violation of these Terms.

• We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback with supporting evidence.

• Accounts with chargebacks may be suspended or terminated immediately and without notice.
